Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Fulfillment: Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days.

U.S. Domestic Shipping: 1–8 business days

International Shipping: 1–20 business days

Your estimated delivery time reflects both fulfillment plus shipping.

Occasional delays can happen due to stock shortages or file approvals. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather. We do however, monitor your order every step of the way.

Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, cancellations are only possible if the order is caught before fulfillment begins. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or refund the order. Please contact us immediately at hello@mayasaltshop.com if you need to cancel, and we'll do our best to assist.
